Contact Support
Reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Assessment & Approval
For quality concerns with coffee beans or faulty brewing equipment, our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if applicable.
Pack & Send
Securely package the items in their original packaging and use the provided shipping label to send the products back to our roasting warehouse.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement immediately.
